Please note

We are required to verify your identity before you can trade on your account. We will attempt to do so electronically using the information submitted, and will confirm by email that your account is active for trading. To increase the chances of successfully completing the verification process without the need for identification documents from you, please ensure you provide all the information requested.

We will contact you if identification documents are required. All documents must be originals or a certified copy; see Identification Guidance. A certified document should state it is a true copy of the original, and be signed and dated, detailing the name, address, company and title of the person making the certification. If you have applied during the working day, we aim to respond within a few hours; if you have applied outside of business hours then we aim to respond on the morning of the next business day.

Once your account is open we may from time to time ask you to provide evidence of funds to support your trading activity.
