The new market commentary is produced twice daily and written by Research Analyst Ben Potter. The 9am overnight wrap looks at the performance and indicators of the European and US markets before the open of the Australian Market.
Our lunchtime wrap, posted at 1pm, provides a summary and analysis of the morning's key market activity, while also previewing any major announcements ahead of afternoon trading.

Providing a brief rundown of the Australia market’s morning trading, plus a look at noteworthy indicators and announcements from around the world, this three-minute daily update is available as a video link in our Market Update section.
The second video stream, posted overnight, comes live from our London trading floor and is presented by one of our team of UK analysts including Chief Market Strategist David Jones. This update provides an overview of the UK's morning trading as well as noteworthy indicators and announcements to watch out for in the US Markets.
