Once logged into PureDeal, IG Markets clients can use the portal to submit questions to our Client Services team via the Contact Us section. They can then keep track and view the response in the My Queries section.
How to access the Help & Support portal
The portal can be accessed by:
- Clicking the Launch Help & Support button in the top-right corner of our website
- Logging in to PureDeal and clicking the Help and Support button in the top-right corner of the platform.
