Mobile / BlackBerry
Enter www.igmobile.com in the browser on your device.
PDAs
Click below to download the software to your PC, then move it to your device using the cradle.
Detailed instructions: Mobiles and BlackBerry
If you have a BlackBerry or standard mobile phone there are two ways you can get our software installed:
- Log into PureDeal and submit the form on the Mobile Setup page in the My Account area
- Type www.igmobile.com into the web browser on your phone and follow the on-screen instructions
Download software
The first method will result in our sending a WAP Push message to your phone. When you receive the message, select 'Download' to install the software and connect to the server if prompted in order to begin the installation process.
Location of software
Once you have installed the software on your phone, the Mobile Dealing icon will appear somewhere in the phone's menu. The exact location of the software will vary depending on your device. Common locations for the Mobile Dealing software are Programs, Applications or Games. (See Troubleshooting for further possible locations.)
The Mobile Dealing icon should look like this:
![]()
For BlackBerry devices, when you initially open the application you will be asked if your connection is via a proxy server. If you have a corporate BlackBerry it is likely to go through a proxy connection and you will therefore need to check this option. Personal BlackBerry devices are unlikely to access through a proxy. Please see Troubleshooting for further information.
Security messages
During the login process, you should choose to accept any security messages and select 'Yes' if asked to allow permission for your phone to send and receive data. If you are asked which data network to use, please select the 'Always ask' option, and then choose to connect using GPRS.

Before downloading our software, please check that your PDA has Java installed:
- Select Programs from the Start menu on your PDA and see if Jeode is available (if it's there, you've got Java).
- If you don't have Java installed, you should install this first. You can get this free of charge by logging into this site and visiting the Mobile Support page in the My Account section. (See Troubleshooting for further instructions.)
Download software
- Once you have Java on your PDA, please install our Mobile Dealing software as follows:
- Click the Download for PDA button, and select Open or Run. This will begin the installation. Please follow the on-screen prompts.
Location of software
Once installed, select Programs and then the Mobile Dealing folder. In here you will find the Mobile Dealing application.
Note: Some PDAs can use the software for standard mobile phones by navigating to www.igmobile.com. In order to use this version you will need to have a MIDlet manager listed in your programs. Once installed the software will be located in the MIDlet manager.
GPRS
To connect to our Mobile service, you will need to enable GPRS on your device. If you don't have GPRS please call your mobile phone supplier, or alternatively contact us directly and we will be pleased to help.
