Many new clients who have not traded before can find the idea of interacting with a busy dealing desk a bit alarming, but there is no need to worry with IG Markets. Our account managers are trained to explain things clearly and will not use baffling jargon, and are happy to talk you through a transaction over the phone.
While our account manager cannot offer trading advice, they can provide support. For example if you are encountering difficulties filling an order that is bigger than the underlying market, a phone call to your account manager can help make it happen.
